Online Questionnaire
A questionnaire has been developed as part of a consultation process on the future of the Bungay Community Centre. It has been designed to obtain the needs of the local community and to identify potential new ideas on what people want from their Community Centre. It will seek opinion on the existing facilities in the community centre.
The views of the local residents are also needed. We also want to establish what new facilities, activities and services you would like to have access to. - To complete the form on-line click here (Users of Firefox should be aware that you need to scroll down the page)
